8+PQE Property Litigation Consultant - Part-Time
A top UK firm is looking for a property litigation consultant to join their real estate team on a part time basis.
The role includes working with a variety of property companies, corporates, retailers and developers through the full life-cycle of their property investments and occupations.
The successful candidate will provide litigation support on all transactions both landlord and tenant side.
The ideal candidate would have at least 8PQE and take a practical, proactive approach to managing and settling disputes. They should also be able to help clients navigate ADR options.
Common instructions might be related to matters concerning the LTA 1954, end of term dilapidations, rights of light or other development-related issues, restrictive covenants, easements and other real property interests and trespass. Although we are predominantly commercial-property focused, a grounding in residential property would also be valued.
The successful candidate must have strong academics and be fluent in English.
You will be offered excellent prospects for progression and the culture provides employees with world-class support to achieve their ambitions and goals.
For a confidential discussion, get in touch with Olivia Rose, a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters' London office and who has previously worked as a Dispute Resolution solicitor in London and Dubai prior to moving into recruitment.
