I am currently working with a Legal 500 national law firm in Birmingham city centre who are looking to hire an additional Data Protection Associate (3+ PQE) in to their expanding Birmingham based team.
About the role:
The Successful Data & Privacy Associate will:
* Join a growing Data Protection team within a large Commercial offering. * Gain exposure to both domestic and international Data & Privacy matters including general advisory and transactional services, established platforms for data breach response services, data protection audits and compliance programmes and outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) services. * Work from home 100% in the first instance with a view to a blend of home and office working in future.
There is a clear progression path for those coming into the team. Dependent on your level of experience you will be expected to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
About you:
You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or equivalent and will have had had at least 3 years experience in Data & Privacy matters and a clear passion for this area.
