A rapidly growing IT business is looking for a Senior Treasury Manager with a focus on debt and financing. They’ve grown exponentially over the past 5 years, hence the need to grow their Treasury Team.
They’re a very acquisitive business and operate globally so exposure to an International Treasury function is a plus. Reporting directly into the Group Treasurer with potential for direct reports.
Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Group Treasurer in driving the financing plan of the company
- Establish funding strategy and negotiate external funding facilities
- Lead on a bond issuances and manage existing debt facilities
- Financial modelling and company valuation for equity investments
- Liaise directly with the rating agencies
- Ownership of potential projects (including a TMS implementation)
- AMCT qualified
- Prior experience raising debt is essential
- Excellent communication skills to effectively maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience with a TMS project is a plus
