Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit a Housing Project Manager (Energy Efficiency and Zero Carbon) on an initial 12 month contract but likely to run for longer.
This role is to lead on developing a strategy for their housing stock to reach net zero carbon by 2030. You will need to engage and bring together a wide range of stakeholders to plan, scope and initiate the project as well as delivering the project to the required milestones and timescales. You will need to have past experience in the housing sector and also an understanding of energy efficiency and the technology available.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge.
* Project Management (Both managing other resources on a project and working directly on tasks)
* Data analysis skills
* Planning investment in housing stock
* Knowledge of repairs, maintenance and improvement in housing
* Good housing policy knowledge
* Understanding of decarbonisation and emerging technologies in housing context
* Understanding of energy efficiency in housing stock
* Experience of engaging stakeholders

Day rate: GBP300 per day on a umbrella basis
