My client is in an independent healthcare provider specializing in the provision or urgent and community–based care.
They have a need for an interim Associate Director of Quality to manage all aspects of quality including patient safety, governance, risk management, SIs and investigations. You will ensure the highest levels of patient safety are maintained and therefore have a very high level of expertise around the CQC and their KLOEs.
You will have a background in the UC, OOH and community health arena and have worked at this level or above before. They need a strong leader who is ideally an RGN by background who is a good communicator, able to work up and down the organisation as well as with patients and their families.
