Experienced commercial lawyer role working in-house within a global professional services organisation based in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the established and highly regarded UK Legal team (currently based in London) as part of a new Birmingham hub.
The role will be challenging and rewarding and encompass all aspects of day to day commercial contracts work including; supply agreements, framework agreements, negotiating client terms and business, global contracts, master service agreements, data protection, IP and confidentiality agreements. There will also be the opportunity to work on more high profile and complex projects including the development of innovative products driven by new technology solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years' experience working in a commercial role with a reputable international/national firm or in-house with strong commercial contracts experience. Our client is looking for a technically excellent commercial lawyer, with a proven ability to establish trust and respect with clients/stakeholders and to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
