Taskmaster are working with an award winning family run business to recruit a self–motivated, passionate and driven Business Development Manager on a permanent, full time basis.

The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a willingness to learn and the drive to support our client as they aggressively grow their business.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Planning personal sales activity

* Accurately managing your sales pipeline

* Maintaining and developing existing and new customers

* Using customer and prospect contact tools and systems

* Responding to and following up sales enquiries

* Attending training to develop relevant knowledge

* Monitor and report on activity, providing relevant information to the wider management team

* Creating personal sales strategies to achieve KPI's agreed

* Conversion of demonstrations arranged by the Inside Sales Team

You will need:

* Previous experience in telematics/vehicle tracking industry

* 2 years minimum of B2B sales experience

* Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills

* Experience of working with Salesforce is desirable

* Account management experience
