Head of Residential Property
Our client are looking for a talented residential property lawyer who puts their clients at the heart of what they do.
They are a growing firm, based in rural Hampshire but covering London and the South, that prides itself on excellent client care and long-term client relationships.
You will need to have the drive and proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
You will also need to have good technical ability, with considerable experience of residential conveyancing and all related issues, including experience of maintaining CQS requirements, panel membership and templates/precedents on a case management system).
In addition, you will maintain your own caseload including:-
This appointment is a permanent role forming part of their forward-thinking business plan. There may be opportunities for some flexible/remote working. However, this full-time position is primarily based at the office.
