Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading household name publicly listed organisation.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's central London HQ. You will also be able to undertake some flexible working.
You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues.
You will work within a flat structure and report directly into the General Counsel.
You will be rewarded with an extremely attractive remuneration package including highly lucrative bonus.
You
You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 1-4 years' PQE. You will have prior experience of varied commercial agreements. You will have trained and qualified at a top 20 law firm and will have some prior in-house experience.
