This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join this growing, well-known and highly regarded firm based in either Enfield, Cheshunt or Royston.
You will oversee the Commercial Property team whilst running your own high-quality Commercial Property caseload.

The bespoke caseload will have many high value matters which will include: purchase and sales of commercial properties, leases and renewal, licences to alter, assignments, sub-letting and surrendering leases, break options and stamp duty and security of tenure.

Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You will be used to handling a caseload without supervision
- You will be an ambitious individual
- You will have first class communication skills
- You will ideally have experience running and building a team, however this isn't necessarily essential
- You will have a positive "can do" attitude
