A well-respected property developer is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to oversee the consolidation of accounts and validate and challenge the information reported from the regions. The role will ensure results are reported to group in a consistent format across the business.

Duties will include:
  • Lead the consolidation of regional accounts and report them to group.
  • Preparation of monthly, half and full-year actual and budget reporting packs with and for business units.
  • Monthly Overhead Reporting and analysis
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key senior business leaders.
  • Producing budgets and reviewing forecasts to ensure they are consistent with expectations.
  • Review weekly sales reports across the regions.
  • Manage and motivate the finance team responsible for producing monthly accounts.
  • Other ad hoc duties
Person
  • Due to the nature of this high profile role and interaction with various regional boards, you will have excellent presentation skills, the ability to communicate well at all levels and be capable of challenging the assumptions.
Offer

£70,000 plus bonus, car and benefits.
