Our client, a fast growing privately held Business Services group, are commencing their search for a CFO to bolster the finance function and see the business through continued growth (both organically and through acquisition).
The business has been trading for just over 10 years, and over the course of this time have established robust UK operations and have begun to make a name in Europe. This impressive track record means that it is the view of the Board and CEO to bring in an established C-Suite individual on an impressive track record, as they approach a very exciting time in their development.
Turning over c.£300m currently, the business has a view to double in size over the next 3 years and expand into the US market. M&A will play a significant part in making this happen, and so the chosen candidate will have led several successful deals over their career.
You will be joining a sizeable team and have an overall remit across end-to-end finance (inc. Tax / Treasury / FP&A etc.). For that reason, we will be looking for individuals who have operated as a CFO / FD at either a Group or large Divisional capacity.
In return, you will be working collaboratively with the CEO to create a first-class finance function and best in class culture within the business. Our client is taking some time on this search to ensure the right candidate is on board, so this is a great opportunity for an individual more passive in their search to apply.

Qualifications / Experience Required:
- ACA / CIMA Qualified
- Ideally experienced across the large blue-chip / corporate space (having seen what good looks like and looking to bring this expertise to a slightly smaller, yet established, SME)
- A background in Businesses Services (B2B organisations) is highly desirable
- A team player, who is looking for a role where team development and expansion is a priority
- Has successfully led / had experience with acquisitions
