Our client, a global complex organization within Oil & Gas industry is looking for a skilled Programme Manager to deliver an efficient and sustainable IT controls framework that meets regulatory requirements. The proposed activities will be implemented by both IT and Group Control teams and integration will also be required with a number of other related programmes of work.
What you have
- Minimum 5 years' experience of large scale integration management and reporting in a complex IT environment.
- Minimum 2 years of SOX IT controls experience with strong process and details background
- Proven experience leading cross–organizational programmes
- Demonstrated success in leading teams within complex environments
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements
- Strong technical writing and communication skills

- Planning and successfully executing a programme of complex business and IT changes
- Facilitating scoping and business priority setting
- Implementing an appropriate governance process
- Engaging senior IT and business stakeholders as required
- Monitoring and reporting progress at multiple levels including senior management
- Using Agile methodologies as appropriate
- Integration of significant external audit issues/activities across multiple service owners/auditees
- Integration with related programmes of work across the organization in areas such as Group Control, Finance and within Digital Security
- Managing issues that have significant business, high–profile impact, and/or high–risk dependencies
