HR Director – 12 month fixed term contract
Annapurna have partnered with a well known logistics company who are looking for a HR Director to lead the UK business for a period of 12 months. The HR Director will partner the senior leadership team and manage the HR team within their remit – including central functions and CoE.
The ideal candidate will be available to start in October.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and develop the HR team and drive continuous improvement within the function
– Leadership coaching and development
– Organisational design and development
– Employee engagement
– Employee and industrial relations
– Experience leading CoE teams
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a Senior HR Generalist role in a similar industry (engineering, construction, manufacturing, consumer services etc) in the UK and have led HR teams.
