Interim Head of Commercial - SC CLEARED

* Lead and direct the department and oversee any resultant transform activities. ie GCF and contract management strategies.
* Support the business through policy and strategic development, business planning, performance, service delivery and/or governance.
* Lead on building effective partner relations and work collaboratively with stakeholders and external agencies.
* Lead the delivery of the Commercial Functional transformation.
* Deliver and implement a Commercial resourcing strategy and plan that puts the right commercial structure and resources in place to support the business demand.
* Work with other enabling capabilities to improve the Supplier Assurance capability for end to end assurance.
* Will be the lead Commercial representative on Commercial and Procurement Board. The board oversees delivery against Commercial Strategy, strategic procurements and single source justifications.
* Improve spend data, commercial pipeline and assurance processes to improve Agency commercial outcomes and improve general quality of data.
