Client Facing/Project Manager

Our client, a software company who are based in London are currently looking for a Client Facing Project Manager who will be hands-on to support our growing client base, in adopting our solutions.

Main responsibilities:-

You will be responsible for the entire end to end delivery of the client's solution and will be responsible for:
Initiating project with client
Running weekly project meetings and ensuring minutes are produced
Producing project plans and ensuring delivery against them
Liaising with internal teams for the provision of infrastructure and software installation
Working with clients to establish and develop business and data requirements
Organising client training
Supporting the client through go-live and with immediately post go-live
You will typically be running multiple concurrent projects

Requirements:-

Experience of working either in a Fintech/Consultancy company would be beneficial.
Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
A strong background in delivering client technology projects
Financial services background, preferably with experience of compliance or aml solutions
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent Excel skills
