We are representing a well–respected regional housing developer who are in the market for a Construction Director. The company have an excellent reputation for building quality family homes in the Midlands area.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of their senior leadership team, with full accountability for the construction department, responsible for driving the delivery of over 400 units a year.
Suitable candidates must have worked for a volume housing developer in a similar role as head of department. You must have experience of managing traditional build residential developments and live within a reasonable commute from Northampton.
