We are currently recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner to work alongside our existing HR team to help assist our people plan within our Utilities Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you'll support on TUPE activity and will provide technical HR advice to our operations team with maximising staff capability and competency within the business area.
You'll support on employee relations activity across the business unit and provide management with advice and support in disciplinary, grievance and appeal situations, including support in meetings and active case management. You will support the HR Business Partners in the implementation of a commercially focussed, legally compliant people plans for Utilities and ensure the delivery of a customer centric and business supportive HR service.
What are we looking for?
Ideally you'll be CIPD qualified or working towards your accreditation in addition to practical experience managing the TUPE process. You will have demonstrable experience in disciplinary/grievance procedures and change management to support the HR delivery across a medium/large scale organisation. You'll be fully versed with employee legislation, and have previous exposure to HR elements and worked with multiple senior stakeholders and a practical approach to resolving issues.
