The British Pharmacological Society is seeking two Non-Executive Directors for its subsidiary company BPS Assessment Limited: one with experience in sales to help guide the Board in sales strategies at a global level; the other with experience in directing the development of platform technologies, preferably for e-learning and online assessment, where their bespoke platform provides added value. For both these key positions, experience of strategic planning, monitoring and evaluating performance and programmes in a commercial or non-profit setting, is required. The British Pharmacological Society is a charity with a mission to promote and advance the whole spectrum of pharmacology. The Society leads the way in the research and application of pharmacology around the world. Connecting over 4,000 members from more than 60 countries, it is a global community at the heart of pharmacology. BPSA Assessment Ltd (BPSA) was established in 2016 as a subsidiary to the British Pharmacological Society to drive improvements in medication safety worldwide, through knowledge assessment and learning. The company develops products and services that help healthcare institutions, colleges and universities all over the world improve prescribing skills and patient safety.
