Birmingham City Council are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to start ASAP on a temporary, ongoing basis. Your new role
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be supporting the Housing team to help co–ordinate a number of projects. The project plan is already in place, so you will be responsible for maintaining that plan and ensuring all areas of the business are engaged. You will maintain the risk registers and ensure that the relevant stakeholders are engaged promptly as well as keeping the service leads up to date with progress and anything that needs to be chased. You will be working alongside other Project Managers within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are an experienced Project Manager and have proven experience of managing complex projects. You will be able to challenge stakeholders at all levels and ensure that projects are being kept on track whilst maintaining pre–existing project plans.
