Senior Programme Manager - Supply Chain

Opportunity in Northamptonshire for a Senior Programme Manager, responsible for the supply chain portfolio

Your new role
Your new role as Senior Programme Manager will mean that you will oversee and govern the portfolio of work for supply chain projects as well as delivering key projects within the organisations supply chain function. This position will also require you to coordinate the Supply Chain projects to ensure the team are operating at the highest standard and delivering to time, cost & quality whilst reporting all progress and updates to the Head of Technology Delivery and the VP Infrastructure. As well as this, you will be responsible for; key risk management, building and executing project plans, managing the project budgets, reoccurring project reviews (financial & operational), resource planning, talent management and recruitment across the supply chain.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in managing large change portfolios (5-10m per annum)
• Experience with WMS implementation is crucial for this role
• WCS integration or implementation experience is also crucial for this role
• A strong experience in technical delivery within a supply chain function
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• A history managing and developing a project team (minimum 5 PM resource)
• Be comfortable working in and communicating to a cross-Matrix team across the organisation
• Supply chain systems and operational process experience
• Budget management experience
