A loyal client to Sphere, are looking for a Civils / Groundwork's bias Senior Site Manager / Project Manager, to work as part of a large site based team. It would be focused around a large, flagship Residential scheme in Swindon.
Your new company are a well known Regional Main Contractor, who specialise in Commercial Build & Residential projects across the South West & Wales.
My client are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate an extensive understanding of Civils / Groundwork's, specifically within the duties / sectors mentioned below. Any previous examples of proven work history within similar regional contractors, would also be of benefit.
Overview:
* You must be Programming proficient
* Experiences in civils construction including roads, drainage, services infrastructure, plot piling and slab construction
* Safety management – key component of the role
* Quality management – record keeping, quality matrix, ensuring Swindon BC acceptance for the Section 38 and 278 works
* Asta software proficient, planning adjustment, identifying programme options
* Temporary works management – inspections, approvals, checking processes
* Compliance
