Partner Financial are engaged with a leading consumer business undergoing an exciting period of growth. With aggressive expansion plans through acquisitions across Europe, their strategy positions the brand at the forefront of its market and main competitors.
Reporting into the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, this is a newly created position due to expansion. You will have ownership of the financial control framework and be supporting the business with detailed analysis and management information.
With an ambitious Board, the company are keen to build a world class finance function to be the focal point of their goals.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

With an ambitious Board, the company are keen to build a world class finance function to be the focal point of their goals.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the 3-year business plan to help visualise the company’s plans;
- Responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process with the key stakeholders;
- Providing insightful ad-hoc commercial analysis to support the strategic decision-making process;
- Identifying growth opportunities within new territories and providing recommendations from the analysis;
- Understanding the key factors impacting sales and explaining them to the Senior Management Team;
- Overseeing the month end process;
- Maintaining key relationships both within finance and across the business;
- Analysing variances and providing commentary to senior stakeholders;
- Creating and reviewing the control reports on actual v forecasted weekly gross margins and highlighting variances;
- Ad-hoc projects, including setting up new processes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA);
- Strong Excel skills;
- Experience within a fast-paced consumer business preferred;
- Commercially astute and results orientated.
