The One Group are delighted to be partnered with a local SME, aiding them on their search for a Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is not only about keeping good financial management & control but supporting the businesses ambitious growth plan and contuined profitability.

The business is seeking a qualified Finance Manager, to not only lead, but continue to aid in the development of the finance function.

Managing one direct report covering AP/AR, overall responsibilities include;

* Prepare monthly management accounts

* Oversee cash flow management

* Manage budgeting and forecasting process, including variances

* Deliver on HMRC reporting

* VAT returns

* Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs

Candidate attributes

The ideal candidate will be qualified in either ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, preferably trained within a reputable firm.
