MiFID II Business Analyst

iKas International are currently recruiting on a market leading asset manager who require a MiFID II Business Analyst to support FX product teams. You will be an experienced MiFID II Business Analyst with good working knowledge of RTS 24 Recordkeeping and RTS 22 Transaction reporting.

The successful candidate will have proven experience with regulatory transformation initiatives (MIFID, Dodd-Frank etc.) and will ideally have had previous exposure working in an asset management environment. You will have sound product knowledge of FX.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the product managers to take high-level business requirements and analyze and define functional requirements including constructing workflow charts, diagrams and screen mockups.
• Work with the regulatory reform team to translate regulatory requirements into functional requirements

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's (BA/BS or University degree) degree required.
• Experience with regulatory transformation initiatives (MIFID, Dodd-Frank etc.) a plus.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Good working knowledge of RTS 24 Recordkeeping and RTS 22 Transaction reporting.
• Advanced skills with MS Office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Financial services industry experience. FX specifically a plus but not required.
• Trading System Workflow and User Experience design experience a plus.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Sell side; buy side or electronic trading background preferred over Custodian background.
