The Company and Role

My client is a high traffic site, operating in the competitive market trading space. They have a unique proposition and are looking for a growth specialist/product marketer who can help convert the significant traffic, whilst creating and maintaining an innovative and fresh offering on the site, to retain the customers. This person needs to be able to digest complex data from a variety of sources and then translate their insights into thoughtful projects to help scale the business even further.

They are growing fast, and have a global presence, with foundations based on cutting edge technology. If you have a methodology centred around a test and learn approach, then this is the role for you.

Key focus and requirements:-

• Understanding data - from SEO sources to email marketing ones - then finding practical, original solutions for increasing growth of these areas
• Leading the A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation efforts
• Leading on CRM focused projects and focus points areas across multiple territories
• Working with the content team to find new and engaging ways of creating value for the users, utilising all the available data
