At the Marlin Green HQ in Shoreditch, we are looking for an experienced Associate Director to undertake billing management responsibilities for our BI & Big Data team.

What we are looking for:
* An enthusiastic leader, with IT contract recruitment experience
* Experience in some/all of the following areas is required: ETL Developers, Business Intelligence /Big Data Consultants, Cloud Architects, Dashboard Developers, Data Scientists and Data Modellers
* Experience supplying contract recruitment services across a European client base, with a strong background of individual billings
* A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary sales teams; with the ability to monitor, mentor and motivate individuals of varying experience levels
* Target driven, forward–thinking, strategic leader with excellent problem–solving skills and communication skills
* The ability to work within a fast–paced environment and exceed personal and team targets
