Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Our client is a top 150 law firm with offices across the North West. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen to join their Litigation team on a full time basis.
The role will be based partly from their offices in Wigan and partly from home.
As a Commercial Litigation solicitor you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, commercial property litigation, civil property litigation including rights of way issues and boundary disputes, professional negligence, construction disputes and misprepresentation.
Currently the department is very busy within property litigation matters (predominately acting on behalf of individuals) and so experience in this area is highly desirable. Our client is open to applicants from a civil, commercial or mixed background depending on experience. The role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
In return our client is offering a very competitive salary, a ready-made caseload and the opportunity to work at least part time from home on an ongoing basis regardless of COVID.

- Landlord and tenant claims (commercial and residential),
- Boundary disputes (commercial and residential),
- Adverse possession or rights of way issues relating to residential property,
- Agricultural land or commercial developments,
- Restrictive covenant cases,
- Negligence,
- Construction disputes and
- Misrepresentation cases
