Interim Head of Group Reporting

Communicate are in partnership with a UK-centric FTSE 250 in their search for a Head of Group Reporting, for an initial 9 months.

The business has seen some initial struggle toward the beginning of lockdown, but are looking to return to ‘business as usual’ as sales and revenue return to normal. The chosen candidate for this role will see the business through year-end with the Director of Group Finance and the rest of the reporting team (which consists of a team of c.10 people).

We are ideally looking for an ACA(ideally Big 4)Qualified accountant, who has extensive Head of Reporting experience in large plc’s / blue-chips. There will be a short crossover period with the incumbent, but this will very much require an individual with extensive experience across fast-paced and slightly challenging organisations.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Head of Reporting / Senior Reporting Manager, who is immediately available and on an impressive career trajectory, looking for a high profile role in a complex plc.

This role is currently 100% remote, but some travel to the offices (in Buckinghamshire)maybe required in the New Year.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

- ACA (ideally Big 4 Qualified)

- Extensive plc reporting experience is highly desirable (but an individual with a large blue-chip background may be considered)

- A proven track record ofworking with the SLT and hitting key deliverables

- Has led / taken a large business through year-end

- Immediately available
