Head of Engineering / VP Engineering

Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
Working with other departments to develop, implement and assist using new technologies
Respond to feedback from stakeholders and use it to make improvements or adjustments needed to our technology
Maintain current trader tech and run the day to day operations
Be a cultural ambassador for the company
Implement measurable work flow system
Make sure regulatory standards are met
Promote a visible milestone structure with clear deliverables within the department
Architect, manage and implement new electronic trading framework
Currently running inherited systems.
Deep understanding of our current system and relationships with 3rd party systems
