We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a highly professional Personal Assistant to work alongside the CEO of a highly successful commercial finance business located in Chester. This is a brand–new role to support the CEO whereby you will be responsible for managing both his personal and professional life across all areas of his business portfolio. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who is highly efficient and well organised to manage the day–to–day private and professional diary of a CEO of multiple businesses, not afraid of turning your hand to anything. This is a fast–paced, demanding, and varied role that requires first class support and flexibility. You will be required to work between the Chester & Wrexham office therefore a driving license is essential. Role:
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the personal and professional life of the CEO and his family runs smoothly at all times. This will include overseeing his multiple properties, organising travel and overseeing all diaries and correspondence. You will be the 'right hand' and 'go–to' for all private and business matters and will go above and beyond to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Based in a modern office within a dynamic team of professionals, you will be responsible for providing full PA support to the MD and occasionally helping the other team members with various administrative duties.
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be a highly efficient, pro–active and professional PA, who is able to network confidently with high net worth clients. You should be an exceptional communicator possessing strong IT and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote effective management of priorities and workflow within the Executive Team.
Deal directly with matters not requiring a Director's personal attention, actioning correspondence on their behalf.
Manage complex and conflicting diary pressures, coordinate meetings and/or conferences and make travel arrangements.
Provide secretarial support at senior meetings and provides follow up correspondence
Diary management; Prioritising and scheduling meetings and appointments
Management of all correspondence, both professional and personal
Management and recruitment of household staff and schedules, building excellent working relationships
Liaison with suppliers and contractors, maintaining and building relationships
Liaison with other staff members within the principal's companies with a willingness to assist with duties as required
Managing expenses and payment of household bills
Running errands when required and personal shopping
Travel organisation and itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and transfers
Assisting with event planning
Other administrative and organisational duties on request
Required skills:
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Ability to turn your hand to complex matters as well as more mundane tasks
Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
Ability to manage expenses and payment of household bills etc
Professional and excellent verbal and written communication
Possess strong administrative abilities with excellent organisational, interpersonal communication skills
Distinct ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is a must
Result oriented, energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently
Positive 'can do' attitude
Calm with the ability to work well under pressure
A self–starter with initiative who will go above and beyond to get the job done
A team player who is willing to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously
Excellent checkable references
Key Skills:
Extensive PA experience supporting a Director or CEO
Full Driving licence (with own car) and a willingness to travel
Be willing to divide your time between Chester and Wrexham
