CRM Project Manager

Our client are a Local Council based in North London who are currently recruiting for an IT CRM Project Manager to lead on the implementation of a new CRM System (Verint from MS Dynamics 365).
THE ROLE:
These projects will deliver more efficient processes, empower and give confidence to our staff when dealing with customers, resulting in less complaints and less demand failures.
The post holders will have day to day responsibility over all aspects of project resources and budgets working on the Customer Experience / CRM programme. They will be able to influence and make decisions that are critical to the organisation's success, lead the formulation and implementation of the digital and customer experience offer.
The post holder will lead a team of technical staff (including internal and interim resources) and to manage multiple suppliers.
Some of the key deliverables will include: • A well–developed project plan including resource plan, stakeholder management and communication plan. • Deliver enhancements to our customer platform ( • Deliver the CRM Minimum viable product. • Deliver Data and content migration. • Support the implementing subscription renewal system for our green waste collection service.
Experience:
* Experience of Project Managing CRM implementation with either Verint OR MS Dynamics 365 (ideally both)
* Programme and project management
* Stakeholder management
* ICT Service Support and Delivery Management
* Contract management
* Customer relations
* Prince2 / Agile / MSP
