Head of IT – Investment Management – London

Head of IT required by an investment management business based in London. The Head of IT is required on a permanent basis paying GBP80,000 – GBP90,000 + benefits.

Please note that we are currently getting extremely high volumes of applications at the moment so to be considered for this position you must have extensive experience working as a Head of IT / IT Manager within Investment / Asset / Wealth Management or Private Equity, as well as experience managing migrations to Public Cloud using Azure.

The Head of IT must have the following:

–Extensive experience working as a Head of IT / IT Manager within Investment / Asset / Wealth Management or Private Equity.
–A genuine interest in technology and the ability to be hands on if required.
–Experience managing Azure Cloud migrations.
–Excellent vendor management skills, including managing vendors who are based offshore.
–Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and the practical application of the ITIL framework.
–Strong knowledge of End User Computing and Foundation Services Architecture.
–Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience chairing change advisory boards.
–Experience developing and establishing new processes, practices, policies and tools.
–Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
