The Role

You will deal with HNW domestic and international individuals, dealing with the highest level of work leading to fantastic caseload exposure for a go-getting individual.

This firm are looking for an experienced individual with a solid corporate, commercial background in employment issues as well as supporting individuals. Any pensions experience would be beneficial as they have a gap in this area.

You will be working remotely during the initial period, with an option to work remotely moving forward.

Requirements

• You will have 4+ Years PQE as an Employment Solicitor (there is no upper limit of experience)
• You will have experience in, or be interested in working with HNW clients
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a team
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail and be results driven
• You will have a strong collaborative approach to working
• You will possess a passion for working within Employment Law
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will be an ambitious individual who wants to progress in their career
• You must be someone who embraces business development and is a self-starter

Remuneration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and background and competitive.
