A growing Biotech are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to head their Rare Diseases department. The successful candidate will require 5 years' + experience in the area. Based in Bristol.
The Company
The Biotech company are in an expansion phase, with a particular focus on Rare Diseases. The company are looking for a practiced leader who can help establish the company within the relevant sector.
Rare Diseases Marketing Director Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for building a team whilst overseeing the entire marketing life cycle of all product development.
Essential Experience for the Marketing Director position
Minimum 5 years' experience within Rare Diseases
Educated to degree level minimum, MBA or PhD preferred
Extensive marketing background with digital experience
Full understanding of marketing restrictions within the sector
Salary is dependent on experience but circa GBP85,000 – GBP95,000. The interview process will begin with an initial telephone interview, followed by a video interview and a final face–to–face interview dependant on government guidelines.
