Property/Real Estate Project Manager

Our client, a global Insurance client based in Glasgow, is looking for a Real Estate/Property Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract. The role will pay GBP400 per day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working across a number of key workstreams within the Real Estate Programme, planning, directing and coordinating activities to manage and execute workstream deliverables. You will ensure that business and site requirements are appropriately captured, documented and prioritised; specifically related to logistics, and assist in development of site specific logistics plans and execution

You will have:
*Proven and demonstrable background of working on Property or Real Estate related projects.
*A strong understanding of the challenges facing Property Strategy
*Proven experience of end-to-end Project Management on large and complex projects
*Experience of Agile methodology
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
