About the Role:
Reporting to The Global Director of HR the Talent Project Manager is both a strategic and operational one, so it has that nice blend of shaping and defining the business roadmap as well and getting involved in the day to day operations. This position is a fully agile one meaning that you can work from home and be based anywhere in the UK although some travel will be involved subject to Covid restrictions loosening.
The Talent Project Manager is a newly created position within the business and just some of the projects the successful candidate will be exposed will include:
Employee succession planning
Assisting with the implementation of a new ATS system across the global business
Setting up and developing a Management Development & Foundation Plan
Talent Projects
Strategic Planning
Learning and Development
Assisting with M&A and how employees are integrated into a new business model
Whilst the Talent Project Manager sits under a Talent function, this position is not a hands–on recruitment role, although it's likely the successful candidate will have progressed through a Talent and HR position.
Ideal Background:
Ideally, we are looking for a senior individual that has a positive blend of both Talent and HR Projects experience.
Experience in Succession Planning, Talent Associated Projects, implementation of an ATS system would be a strong advantage to the role
Experience of multi country projects would also be an advantage to this position
As this role is both strategic and operational one you will need to be comfortable in being both hands on and strategy
There will be some travel to other global offices so you will need to flexible on this
