Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor, we are seeking a highly experienced Residential Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this role you will manage and update a workload tracker as well as weekly reporting against the programme, action points, quality and cost including H&S.
You will attend site scoping meetings and undertake site surveys with regular site visits.
You will be accountable for full site management from site set up through to completion.
The role involves preconstruction set up of projects including the co–ordination of consultants and suppliers as well as allocation of resource.
The successful candidate will compile site safety files, CPHSPs and RAMs as well as completing material requisitions and coordinating trades.
The role involves liaison with Architects, Structural Engineers and Building control.
Key Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' residential project experience in a similar role preferably within a trade background.
You will have In–depth knowledge of all project stages with analytical and problem–solving skills.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, experience with Microsoft office applications with advanced Excel skills.
The role holder will also have solid knowledge of health & safety requirements and practices, building regulations and design and quality control
