Client CTO

We have just been asked to find a Client CTO to join one of our thriving UK clients. This is a brand new position created to help develop and expand our client's professional services function. As a critical part of an exciting expansion project of this impressive consultancy the appointed Client CTO must be able to draw on their considerable career experience to combine business acumen with technical expertise to not only guide and shape client architectures, but also play an active role in the successful delivery of those visions as an acting CTO.

Working across Digital Transformation, Private/Public Cloud, Applications, Data & Security spaces, the Client CTO will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into appropriate, cost-effective and fit for purpose technical solutions for customers, stakeholders and partners. You will also work alongside the sales and service teams to continuously stimulate the uptake of ethical and appropriate collaboration by our client's the ever-expanding customer base.

The appointed Client CTO will oversee the life cycle of the solution from Pre-Sales, through design and operational acceptance. You will be highly accountable as the key contact for customers and stakeholders and relish your CCTO responsibilities.

The successful Client CTO is likely to be a technology, science or engineering graduate with relevant technical accreditations. A commercial technical background is a must, with recent years spent performing a senior internal role, or a solutions role within an SI, service provider, reseller, or vendor environment.

This is an exciting time to be joining our client, who is a prominent and growing IT service provider and a genuine investor in its staff. This is a remote role requiring consistent and regular client based travel throughout the UK (where safe and appropriate). In return for your skills and experience, a very competitive salary of up to cGBP100,000 is offered plus Commission and Excellent benefits.
