Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a VP of Account Management to join a recently acquired world–leading SaaS solutions provider. Founded in 1999. the Company have offices across the world and their award winning solutions are used in over 150 countries worldwide. Some of their clients include Unilever, Bayer and Pepsi Co.
Reporting into the Business Development Director, you will have direct responsibility for Airsweb sales revenues from account management, across the UK & Ireland, mainland Europe and the Middle East. You will have 3 (expanding to 5) direct reports across Account Management. These are all UK based. The aim of the role is to lead, coach and develop your team to ensure they grow the existing base of revenues to hit the team target. You will also be involved in some key account management too. There will be an element of travel in the role, not only to customer sites but also to industry events. Target markets include Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transport, Food & Beverage, Construction etc.
The requirements for this VP of Account Management role are as follows:
A true leader of sales teams with the ability to account manage clients, too.
Combination of customer facing sales skills, people management expertise, coaching and mentoring.
Recent experience in modular software selling, ideally SaaS.
Experience in international sales is highly advantageous, especially Europe and the Middle East, foreign language skills is a bonus.
Adept at both presenting and storytelling.
Commutable to the offices in the North West.
