The Oyster Partnership are currently working with a Fire Safety Consultancy who provide surveying and design services for property owners of high rise residential buildings. Their business is mainly London based, with some clients across the midlands.
The Role
My client are looking for Director to lead the technical team, providing surveying and fire engineering services for HRRBs. They provide assessment and design services with a focus on building facades and cladding. The team is made up of fire engineers who design complex cladding systems, surveyors who perform intrusive surveys, and managers who coordinate the works.
They're a very ambitious consultancy who have an extensive pipeline of clients, they just need to develop the team to accommodate the volume they're receiving.
The Candidate
Any successful candidate will need:
* Extensive qualifications within fire safety & fire engineering
* Technical expertise of building facades and cladding
* Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g. CEng, IFE, RICS, MCIOB)
* Strong construction background
* Experience working in senior roles in a commercial environment
