Senior Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading international brand name and global market leader.
The organisation has multiple international offices and is currently enjoying a sustained period of expansion and continued success via acquisition mode and also organic growth.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's London HQ. You will also be able to undertake flexible working/WFH.
You will undertakean extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues including working on exciting new future acquisitions.
You will be the most senior lawyer in the London office and will report into the Global General Counsel.
Youwill be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a UK qualified Solicitorwith approximately 3-8years' PQE. You will have prior in-house experience. You will have some prior experience of sport, media or tech related matters and you will have worked on matters with an international/cross-border dimension.
