Your new company
This independent management consultancy is looking to recruit a management account. They are recruiting a fully qualified management accountant to cover for around 3 months with the potential of longer term opportunity. The Finance team, sitting within the wider Business Services team is essential to the firm's smooth running and success and is relied on by Consultants and Partners alike.

Your new role

• Management Accounts - Completing the management accounts for each of the entities (UK and US), including full consolidation of the P&L, cashflow, and balance sheet.
• Manage all finance processes for US entity - Full ownership of the P/L, balance sheet and cashflow and provide regular management reporting for our US entity.
• Payroll and benefits - Preparation and maintenance of the payroll & benefits
• Planning and project management - Assisting the FD with improvement of KPI reporting using Power BI and other systems.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you must be a fully qualified accountant with experience worked as part of a Finance function of at least a £10m organisation/department with an international footprint. Ideally experience in a consulting or other client-focussed professional services organisation, where income is generated by highly valued fee-based work.

What you'll get in return
