Group Treasury Manager within this newly created international business, setting up treasury across EMEA
Your new company
This large international company is looking hire a Treasury Manager in the UK for the first time to set up treasury operations across EMEA with a focus on cash management, FX hedging strategies, business partnering, cash repatriation and implementing cash pools and a treasury management systems. The business is currently working remotely, and are happy for the individual to work from the office 1 or 2 days a week.
Your new role
As treasury manager you will be responsible for all treasury activities across EMEA which will include working closely with subsidiaries. You will be responsible for; implementing cash pooling/ netting structures; developing the FX hedging strategies across the group; managing inter-company balances and loans; support with the development of cash management across entities; cash repatriation; bank relationship management across the regions; along with liquidity management; and a treasury management system implementation within the next two years.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working within an international corporate treasury role, with experience working with cash pools. Ideally you will have experience implementing cash pools, developing FX hedging strategies and implementing a TMS, though these are not essential.
