How will you support us?

As a Business Development Manager, you will deliver profitable growth and raise the profile specifically for our Brick offering service, and to ensure all customers have a great experience in working with Jewson. In this role you will;

* Build effective relationships with all branch and Sales colleagues across designated Business Units, to identify, maximise and develop new, lapsed or dormant business
* Develop our brick profile and stock range
* Manage the supply and demand of bricks taking in to account upcoming opportunities and market factors, including stock levels
* Work with customers to increase and develop sales and relationships
* Work with and train colleagues to raise awareness of brick products

To be suitable for the Business Development Manager role you will have:

* Experience and knowledge from a building material or brick background
* Sales experience in a customer facing role
* Experience with negotiations and influencing
* Experience with building strong relationships
