Financial Controller

Due to significant growth, our client, who is fast becoming a household name, is seeking a qualified Accountant to undertake the role of Financial Controller. The business is seeing growth across all revenue channels, but particularly on–line. The role of the Financial Controller is not only to lead the team and run a compliant function with quality reporting, but provide commercial input into decision making. You will give insight into performance helping to drive revenue and manage costs.

Key finance responsibilities will include; management accounting, financial controls, driving strong governance, continuous process improvements, statutory reporting, tax, and payroll.

Key commercial responsibilities; weekly KPI reporting, cash flow management, financial modelling to review revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, acting as a business partner to the leadership team.

We are looking for a technically strong qualified Accountant who demonstrates strong commercial acumen. You will have a track record leading teams and developing people, systems and processes.
