Our client is a major listed business, based in East Yorkshire. Already very successful in their field, they are now looking towards a new sustained period of growth.
They have a current need for a commercial lawyer to join the team and work on a diverse range of commercial agreements, supporting the GC, to achieve the business objectives.
They are open minded as to work patterns (part / full time) and level of qualification, but you must have some experience of drafting, advising and negotiating commercial agreements, probably at least a couple of years PQE (though more experienced lawyers seeking a role are also encouraged to get in touch).
