Childcare Locum- Inside IR35
Locum Childcare Solicitor, 2+ PQE, West Yorkshire, full-time public sector locum role (inside IR35) 100% remote working, to start ASAP. From a legal point of view, the team offer help, support and sound legal knowledge, along with clear legal advice, delivered in a timely fashion, with the empathy required for such sensitive matters.
LOCUM CHILDCARE SOLICITOR: This dedicated team understands that the combination of emotions, uncertainty and anxiety relating to children and finances can be overwhelming. As a Childcare Solicitor your aim will be to lessen the stress and provide realistic, specialist advice. You will have considerable experience representing clients through the divorce process, whether that is supporting them to resolve matters at an early stage, or until a final decision is made by the Court. You will also work alongside other professionals, counsel, medical professionals, mediators, counsellors and family therapists. Responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, you will be focussed on care proceedings, acting for parents/grandparents and expected to conduct your own advocacy. Confidently advising on all areas of child care law, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships, providing a first class service to clients. You must be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently. Ideally you will have some advocacy experience. Generous rate of pay.
