Your new role
Joining as a member of the Board, this role will be the face of finance operations and will work extensively with the MD, CEO and Non Exec team.
The purpose of the role will be to align the responsibilities of the team with the strategic direction of the business and grow it as such.
Duties:
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will need to have trained as an accountant before building a successful career, ideally within a listed business environment. Important skill sets will be a proven track record of assisting a business to raise finance, ideally as a board member of a small to mid size, growth organisation. Experience or exposure to either energy or related sectors would be a positive.

- Take leading role on investor work including raising finance
- Build finance team to assist with global delivery of financials on a timely basis
- Assume board member status and execute role as such
- Own banking relationships
