A highly regarded law firm in Southampton is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are forward thinking firm and will consider flexible working as well.

Your New Role

Your role as the Family Solicitor will be to manage a broad range of family/matrimonial cases which are all privately-funded. This will include matters such as:
  • Divorce
  • Prenuptials
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Financial arrangements
The department and wider firm is seeing continued growth and is highly regarded across many of its specialisms. You will be reporting directly into the Regional Head of Family and, alongside managing your caseload, you'll play an active part in business development.

About You

The firm is looking to hire a client-focused, personable and professional Family Solicitor who demonstrates:
  • 3+ years' PQE
  • The ability to work autonomously with little supervision
  • Experience managing a full caseload of private family matters
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to undertake marketing for the department would be ideal
